RAW is primarily a ONE-ON-ONE session exclusive for Teacher_Authors!
Many of our Teacher_Authors know and use Indian regional languages, and we value and celebrate RAW languages too!
What follows then is a 90 minutes session on scripting in one's regional language!

As a primary grade teacher it is inevitable that we should have knowledge and understanding around the Nature of Language to be able to understand it's Pedagogy!
Can language be taught? What is it that the learner already comes to the classroom with? How can we use that resource to facilitate language learning!?
Because, Teachers are the Best Authors!

Alumni meet 2021- Sharing the Teacher_Author initiative with students of Elementary education- JMC!
Bachelor in Elementary education, the course emphasises on teacher's development as a professional and as a reflective being! The role of language education in the primary grades is an important aspect in the course's curriculum. It was a privilege to share the journey with these curious and reflective beings!
As students of Elementary Education, we were introduced to the act of writing daily reflective journals, to make better sense of educational theory through our experience in the field.
Over the course of four years, this developed as a conscious habit, which travelled with me to my first workspace!
In this podcast series, I would be sharing a few reflections based on my experience as a novice teacher in an alternative education program, called Digantar!
I am grateful for having the opportunity to work in a classroom that changed my life!
